Partnership with the City of Brighton DDA (Downtown Development Authority) Downtown Development Authority

The Livingston County SBTDC is in the 2nd year of a service agreement with the City of Brighton DDA reporting monthly to the board about small business concerns, topics of interest, and availability of new tools and resources.    The Livingston SBTDC has also reported to the Primary Shopping District Board and City Council about changes in tapestry segmentations, neighborhood changes, individual preferences and decision

making, and other research information.   The latest reports have been focused on the MI-SBTDC new Website Review Tool/Social Media Review to increase visibility of the downtown business activity online.   This agreement signifies the importance the City of Brighton DDA bringing different perspectives to  the board  to build a strong downtown.
