The value of the MI-SBTDC!

The MI-SBTDC has launched a new tagline.    Innovate. Grow. Access Capital.   It is very fitting to what we do.   No matter the size or goals of a particular person or business, if they are truly an entrepreneur, they want to innovate, grow, and access capital.   Innovations can be in the form of an emerging technology.   More often they are in a new ways of making lives easier or better.    Also there are more ways to innovate than what can be listed here:   marketing strategies, dealing with cash flow challenges in new ways, setting up new sales processes, and much more.    Successful growth requires planning.    Success is not shown solely through growing revenues.     It is shown through income, profits, and building equity.   Obtaining capital takes planning, understanding the changing criteria; options, available resources, and personal/team preparation.   The role of the MI-SBTDC is to help grow smarter entrepreneurs and build stronger businesses across the state using different consultants in their areas of specialization to create results.
